It's been a while!

(since i've blogged)

nothing new to report.  i've been having a lot of low days lately.  especially this week.  i HATE how the registration works at pcc.  i'm almost done with my associate's (big whoop...i've come a long way) and my registration time was 2 days after registration started.  pcc (i'm guessing other cc's do the same thing) favors students that have received all their credits from them.  i'm literally, almost done with cc and the only class i actually cared about (with the only instructor i like), anatomy and physio, was filled.  i am so pissed.  also, this girl who sat at my lab table dropped.  that makes 2/4 people at my lab table quitters.  WTF.  if you paid for it, you may as well stay in the class and take the p/np option.  whatever.  i'm being an asshole...i always feel ready to quit school at the drop of a pin.  i haven't been the best student this term.  one of my excuses is:  we had guests!  the week we had mc and tom over, i had 2 exams and didn't really have time to study.

speaking of which, mc and tom came to visit!  that was definitely a high :)  their visit was relaxing, but busy.  we hiked in the rain, ate at yummy places- food carts food carts food carts!, went crabbing...they are too good to us.  they bought dennis and me jackets from the columbia outlet store!

i was bummed after they left because it was back to the real world.  of shitty school.  shitty people.  and feeling shitty.  i say this a lot, but really, i've been feeling like a blob of asshole lately.  i need to get my ass into shape!  dennis and i have started introducing more vegetables in our diets, and it's been a success.  we are growing up!

the dogs have been really clingy lately.  sky is always sitting on one of our laps- AND he will nudge our respective laptops/ipad off of our lap in order to sit there.  he almost knocked my laptop off the recliner today so he could burrow under the blanket.  kiwi has been the same way.  beans the blindy has been the only pup not needy.

i am going to take a nap now.  my first nap this week!
