in the past couple of weeks, i've gotten facebook event invites. while that's not saying much since people invite everyone on their friends lists, the invites i have are events i want to go to. three of them are in san diego. one is a baptism of one of my bff's babies and the other is one of my other good friend's son's bday party. UGH. it sucks being so far away. and another one of the invites was to an art show where at the tattoo shop where i get tattooed (so, obvs i would want to go). dennis is going to be in san diego next week for his friend's wedding, and i will stay behind. i have the pups to take care of and only a week of vacation until school starts up AGAIN. omg school needs to just stop. i have one more final on saturday and then i have a week to relax. (just a week!! wtf)
looking at the bright side of life right now, a hospital that i REALLLLLLY REALLY wanted to be a volunteer for emailed me back! so i get to go to an orientation on april 20, "invite only" so i'm special. i'm hoping to volunteer at the cancer institute or with nurses. it would be awesome to finally get my foot in the door and have experience working in a hospital! i'm super excited for this
